Civil Engineer – Water Resources (5-10 years)

Location: Honolulu, Hawaii, United States; office-based, full-time

Expected annual salary: $90,000–$120,000

What you will do

• Plan and design municipal civil infrastructure projects.
• Develop water and wastewater resources plans and designs.
• Support a broad range of civil engineering projects.
• Manage multiple tasks independently and under the supervision of senior staff.
• Collaborate with clients, local AEC professionals, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Apply critical thinking and problem-solving to project challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Five to ten years of professional experience with a water resources or municipal background.
• Hawaii Civil Engineer P.E. registration required, or ability to obtain it within six months of hire.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and other design software.
• Strong verbal, written, organizational, project management, and client management skills.
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with AutoCAD or Civil 3D.
• Experience collaborating with the local AEC community.
• Water resources planning and design experience.
