What you will do

• Operate finishing-department assets and manufacture products according to specifications and standard practices.
• Lead routine machine setups, adjustments, and changeovers.
• Inspect finished products and record operating data, downtime causes, and performance-to-plan.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, complete 5S duties and audits, and participate in safety compliance activities.
• Assist with equipment maintenance, group problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate with shift and department personnel to support effective operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or at least 3 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions and contribute effectively in a team environment.
• Strong focus on safety, service, quality, flexibility, and dependability.
• Computer proficiency, especially with MFG Pro transactional tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work overtime, including short-notice requests.
• Successful completion of a post-offer background check and drug screening is required.
