Manager, Financial Analytics

Location: Remote from California, USA. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $126,762–$145,000 annually, plus eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead financial analytics for multi-market occupier, tenant representation, and broker engagements.
• Design and develop customized financial models aligned with client objectives, KPIs, and reporting requirements.
• Evaluate leasehold interests, occupancy costs, lease structures, cash flows, capital expenditures, and real estate alternatives.
• Perform pre-tax, after-tax, cash-versus-GAAP, NPV, and IRR analyses for transactions and investment decisions.
• Partner with brokers, account leaders, transaction teams, landlords, and corporate occupiers during onboarding and implementation.
• Own the governance, continuous improvement, and technology enablement of financial modeling tools and frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of progressively responsible experience in financial analysis, real estate finance, occupier services, or a related field.
• Experience leading complex real estate transaction analyses for occupiers and tenants.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including sophisticated and dynamic financial model development.
• Strong knowledge of cash flow analysis, lease analysis, occupancy cost analysis, real estate financial structures, and cash-versus-GAAP accounting.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and player-coach leadership skills.

Nice to have

• MBA or another relevant advanced degree.
• Experience working with tenant representation brokerage teams.
• Experience managing, mentoring, or developing financial professionals.
• Familiarity with ProCalc or similar real estate financial analysis platforms.
