Senior Analyst, Investment Management (Real Estate)

Location: San Francisco, California, United States. Hybrid workplace model requiring at least four full days per week in an hirify.global office; periodic travel for property visits and acquisition due diligence is required.

Salary: $90,000–$115,000 annually, plus incentive pay.

What you will do

• Partner with investment managers to develop property-level operational strategies and assess leases, capital projects, and other factors affecting asset value.
• Review Argus and Excel valuation models and support acquisition and disposition processes, including due diligence.
• Prepare financial analyses comparing historical portfolio and property performance with industry benchmarks.
• Support annual business plans, quarterly reports, operating budgets, capital budgets, and variance reporting.
• Coordinate with property managers, leasing personnel, insurance and tax consultants, lenders, and other third-party providers.
• Evaluate tenant businesses and creditworthiness, analyze lease data, support lender compliance, and enforce audit requirements.

Requirements

• Four-year undergraduate degree or equivalent in Business or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in commercial and/or multifamily real estate or related business activity is required.
• Ability to interpret present value concepts and financial terminology and produce detailed, well-reasoned recommendations.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, listening, organization, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to work in a complex, high-volume environment with multiple management levels.
• Experience with Argus, VTS, RealPage, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is advantageous; continued real estate education is encouraged.
