Senior Analyst, Investment Management (Real Estate)

Location: San Francisco, California; hybrid workplace model requiring at least four full days each week in an hirify.global office. Some travel is required for asset management property visits and acquisition due diligence.

Salary: $90,000–$115,000 annually, plus incentive pay.

What you will do

• Partner with Investment Managers to develop property-level operating strategies and analyze leases, capital projects, and other factors affecting asset value.
• Review Argus and Excel valuation models and support acquisition and disposition processes, including due diligence.
• Prepare financial analyses comparing portfolio and property results with industry benchmarks.
• Coordinate annual business plans, quarterly reports, property operating budgets, capital budgets, and variance reporting.
• Communicate with property management, leasing, insurance, tax consultants, lenders, and other third-party providers.
• Evaluate tenant businesses, lease submissions, market data, lender compliance, and internal audit requirements.

Requirements

• Four-year or equivalent undergraduate degree in Business or a related field; continued education in real estate is encouraged.
• 1–3 years of experience in commercial and/or multi-family real estate or business-related activity is required.
• Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and listening skills.
• Strong computer literacy; experience with AI, Argus, VTS, RealPage, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is a plus.
• Ability to understand and interpret present value concepts and financial terminology.
• Analytical problem-solving skills, including detailed analysis and well-reasoned recommendations.
• Prioritization, organization, and time-management skills to balance competing deadlines.
• Ability to multitask in a complex, high-volume environment and work with all levels of management and personnel on critical projects.
