Cloud Network Engineer II (AWS/Azure/OCI)

Location: Farmington Hills, Michigan, United States; 3-day hybrid schedule onsite in the Farmington Hills office

What you will do

• Design and support secure, scalable network solutions across AWS, Azure, OCI, and on-premises environments.
• Build and manage hybrid and multi-cloud connectivity using VPN, SD-WAN, cloud direct-connect services, and Megaport.
• Manage Cisco and Meraki infrastructure, including routing, switching, VLANs, and network segmentation.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and coordinate DIA, broadband, and redundant provider connections.
• Manage DNS, DHCP, IPAM, certificates, PKI, firewall policies, encryption, and network security risks.
• Support cloud migrations, disaster recovery and business continuity, platform improvements, documentation, and CMDB maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of cloud engineering or architecture experience with hands-on AWS, Azure, and OCI expertise.
• At least 5 years of progressive Windows and Linux server administration experience.
• AWS SysOps Administrator certification or equivalent.
• Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Python, Bash, PowerShell, Git, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, EKS, Datadog, and PagerDuty.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco and Meraki networking, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VPNs, SD-WAN, cloud connectivity, monitoring, PKI, WAFs, load balancers, and security standards including SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST.
