3rd Shift Production Supervisor

Location: Mount Vernon, Ohio, USA; onsite only with no remote work option.

Manufactures and distributes sheet metal products and HVAC components for residential, multifamily, and light commercial markets.

What you will do

• Oversee third-shift production operations and ensure shift production goals are met.
• Optimize staffing, workstation assignments, rotations, schedules, and production efficiency.
• Maintain plant safety, support safety procedures, and investigate and report accidents.
• Manage quality control, adjust production processes, and reject products outside specifications.
• Manage employee performance, attendance, payroll records, time cards, training, and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct shift meetings and coordinate with other Shift Supervisors and the Plant Manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of five years of supervisory experience.
• Professional, detail-oriented, dependable, and employee- and customer-focused approach.
• Strong time-management and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Mount Vernon, Ohio.
