Location: New York, NY; hybrid

Salary: $95,000–$110,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop demand and assortment plans at the style and SKU level for retail stores and e-commerce.
• Update weekly order projections and support timely stock replenishment.
• Analyze inventory, sell-through rates, and store stock levels to identify trends and improve availability.
• Recommend inventory and replenishment parameter changes in the Logility forecasting system.
• Fulfill store stock requests for upcoming events and customer needs.
• Build analytical dashboards and collaborate with Merchant Buyers and Supply Chain teams to improve forecast accuracy and inventory efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, sales forecasting and analysis, or a related field.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel and demand planning or inventory management systems such as Logility.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
