Manufacturing Scheduling Analyst

Salary: $52,500–$70,000 annual base salary

What you will do

• Generate, analyze, and manage manufacturing schedule reports using SAP.
• Plan and oversee material readiness and production progress across build, test, repair, and packing phases.
• Track shipment progress in Jira and identify and resolve product issues affecting delivery.
• Analyze FIFO inventory reports and work with production teams to reduce aging inventory and excess inventory risks.
• Escalate capacity constraints, supply risks, and operational interruptions with proposed solutions.
• Analyze demand and supply trends, produce status reports, and coordinate with Engineering and IT to improve reporting tools and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, data analytics, business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant manufacturing operations management experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access or databases.
• Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP, SFC, WMS, Lean methodologies, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, ownership, prioritization, and time-management skills.
