Lead Inventory Coordinator (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Fontana, California, United States; 2nd shift

Salary: $21.61–$29.18 USD per hour

What you will do

• Oversee assigned inventory employees, delegate work, and support onboarding and training.
• Request SKU creation, updates, edits, and reactivation or deactivation in the ERP system.
• Run ERP reports to identify and resolve open or overdue orders and pick lists.
• Pull and stage materials for manufacturing jobs according to bills of materials and work orders.
• Conduct cycle counts, physical inventory audits, transaction audits, and ERP discrepancy adjustments.
• Handle damaged materials, monitor department KPIs, and improve inventory procedures and work instructions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least four years of experience in inventory, shipping and receiving, logistics, or a related field.
• Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks, communicate effectively, and solve problems with attention to detail.
• Experience with cycle counting, picking and posting, and MRP or ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to operate powered equipment, including forklifts and scissor lifts, and lift, push, or pull up to 35 pounds.
