Integration Manager (Construction)

Location: Irvine Office, United States; physical co-location required five days per week, Monday–Friday

Annual base salary: $160,000–$180,000, plus potential bonus or incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Coordinate technical, permitting, commercial, and preconstruction workstreams across the DfX project lifecycle.
• Track decisions, open items, hand-offs, risks, and mitigation plans to prevent schedule and cost impacts.
• Coordinate constructability reviews, de-risking sessions, systems validation, and resolution of drawing package issues.
• Own permitting milestones and submittals, work with authorities having jurisdiction, resolve comments, and coordinate resubmittals.
• Coordinate Best Value decisions and evaluate alternative systems or materials against lifecycle cost and design requirements.
• Support vendor procurement, soft-cost budget tracking, and alignment of technical decisions with contracts and purchasing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in design management, construction, or permitting and entitlements, preferably in multifamily development.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, drawing details, utility coordination, permitting, and AHJ processes.
• Experience with design feasibility, constructability assessments, permit strategy across multiple jurisdictions, vendor procurement, and soft-cost budget management.
• Working knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, Oracle Primavera Cloud, AutoCAD, Revit, and permit tracking systems.
• Physical co-location in the Irvine office five days per week and frequent travel to AHJ offices are required.
