Infrastructure & Capital Projects - Construction Manager II, ANS

Location: Long Beach, CA / Oxnard, CA; on-site

Salary: $110,000–$140,000 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate with public agencies, external stakeholders, project teams, contractors, and field inspectors.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, quality standards, and fiscal controls.
• Support contract administration, including bid analysis, pre-construction meetings, award coordination, and contractor communications.
• Review construction schedules, submittals, schedules of values, payment applications, and requests for information.
• Negotiate change orders and assess their cost and schedule impacts.
• Document and resolve differing site conditions and other construction-related issues.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of construction management experience, specifically on near-water or over-water heavy civil construction projects.
• BA or BS in Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Long Beach or Oxnard, California.

Nice to have

• PE, CCM, EIT, LEED, or architect licensure.
