Manager, FP&A & Analytics Transformation (SAP Analytics Cloud)

Location: 30 Rockefeller Plaza, New York, United States. Hybrid schedule requiring work from the office a minimum of four days per week.

Salary: $90,000–$125,000 per year, bonus eligible.

What you will do

• Support the Project Keystone finance transformation initiative across Corporate FP&A and hirify.global business units.
• Lead SAP Analytics Cloud introduction trainings and dashboard-building workshops after completing initial trainee participation.
• Participate in SAC planning solution design and build workshops, providing guidance on process and design decisions.
• Create SAC reports and dashboards for Corporate FP&A and other teams.
• Provide post-launch support and issue triage for planning solutions.
• Drive continuous FP&A process improvement, automation, and adoption of new technologies while managing the Corporate BPC instance as a business user administrator.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a relevant field and at least three years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related roles.
• Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Strong understanding of finance and FP&A processes, systems, methodologies, and best practices.
• Ability to present financial insights clearly to senior leadership and translate business requirements into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to represent hirify.global when working with third-party implementers.
