Finance Manager, Technology (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid role based in Westlake, Texas; Lone Tree, Colorado; or Austin, Texas

Salary: USD $110,000–$140,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead internally developed software capitalization processes with portfolio leaders and controllers.
• Build and maintain financial models for major technology investment portfolios.
• Lead FP&A activities, including monthly close, variance analysis, reporting, forecasting, risk and opportunity management, and annual planning.
• Improve reporting solutions and adoption of the Technology Business Management framework and total cost of ownership data.
• Partner with subject matter experts to improve cost transparency for technology investments.
• Modernize forecasting and financial systems, including enhancements leveraging GenAI capabilities, while maintaining strong risk and control practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in Finance.
• Deep understanding of internally developed software capitalization accounting and governance.
• Experience with financial planning, scenario modeling, and evaluating financial forecasts.
• Ability to modernize cross-functional financial processes, manage multiple projects, and work with minimal direction.
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and senior-stakeholder partnership skills.
