Warehouse Inventory Specialist (Shipping and Receiving)

Location: Onsite at the Shelton, Connecticut facility, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Salary: $23–25 per hour

What you will do

• Manage parts and supplies inventory, including cycle counts, year-end counts, inventory adjustments, and audit support.
• Ship parts and products to customers and field service employees using UPS, FedEx, and other shipping systems.
• Handle daily warehouse activities, including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining consistent inventory room hours.
• Issue and document parts and supplies pulled from or returned to inventory.
• Coordinate daily task assignments for shop technicians supporting field requirements.
• Support shop safety, environmental programs, facility security, waste disposal, and operational reporting.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–4 years of shipping and receiving experience in a service-parts business.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing practices.
• Prior experience with UPS, FedEx, and other trucking and shipping systems.
• Class C driver's license is an advantage.
