Product Marketing Trainee (Asset Management)

What you will do

• Participate in the monthly production, maintenance, approval, and distribution of investment factsheets.
• Update profiles, product briefs, commentaries, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Automate portfolio analytics, reporting templates, data aggregation, and monthly client deliverables.
• Maintain tracking for client reports and ad hoc requests, including historical analytics on SharePoint.
• Support data collection, data quality checks, RFP responses, and client questionnaires.
• Assist with vendor and IT projects involving Morningstar, Aladdin, Bloomberg, investment reporting, and data warehouse systems.

Requirements

• 2:1 or above university degree, ideally in finance, economics, mathematics, or computer science.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• High accuracy, attention to detail, strong organisation, and time-management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, manage multiple tasks, solve problems, and meet deadlines.
• Interest in financial markets, investment management, process automation, and using AI to improve processes.
• Must already have the right to work in the United Kingdom without current or future sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in marketing or client reporting at an asset management firm.
• Knowledge of Morningstar Publishing System, Seismic, or Monday.com.
• Interest in developing Excel, VBA, and Python skills.
