What you will do

• Lead positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for new products and capabilities.
• Plan and execute product launches with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Research customers, buyers, competitors, and the recruiting technology market.
• Turn customer insights into narratives, case studies, sales collateral, and enablement materials.
• Equip Sales and Customer Success to communicate product value effectively.
• Measure product marketing impact and continuously improve programs.

Requirements

• Experience owning product marketing for B2B technology products.
• Strong product and technical fluency, with the ability to become an internal product expert.
• Strong customer and market research skills, with sound judgment in turning insight into action.
• Business acumen and go-to-market instinct across ICP, competition, sales motion, adoption, and revenue.
• Excellent writing and communication skills with a high bar for craft.
• High agency, low ego, and a bias toward action in a fast-moving environment.
