Graduate Growth Manager (AI)

Location: Milan, London, Madrid, Warsaw, or remote from approved countries. Most days must be spent in the Milan office during the first few months, regardless of the long-term work location.

Salary: Typical annual offers range from €66,065 to €107,837 elsewhere in Europe and from £85,797 to £151,436 in London. Exceptional offers may reach €240,330 elsewhere in Europe or £316,052 in London.

What you will do

• Build deep knowledge of the product, business model, and growth levers.
• Use AI, automation, and advanced analytics to analyze campaigns and user and product data.
• Generate growth and monetization hypotheses from insights, experiments, competitor research, and AI-assisted exploration.
• Design and run rigorous experiments with real users in partnership with designers, engineers, and analysts.
• Scale successful ideas and use experiment learnings to guide further testing.
