What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend hirify.global products and solutions that support financial wellbeing.
• Conduct outbound calls, appointment setting, lobby engagement, and service-to-sales conversations.
• Build customer loyalty and increase share of wallet through personalized banking experiences.
• Resolve customer problems using banking product and procedural knowledge.
• Follow risk, compliance, and operational procedures while supporting daily branch activities.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• Typically an associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; no degree is required if comparable qualifications are demonstrated.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, prospecting, selling, and customer needs.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work in-office in Crestview, Florida.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
