Regional Banker/Teller

What you will do

• Manage customer experiences by identifying financial needs, improving financial wellbeing, and building customer loyalty.
• Conduct proactive sales and service interactions, including outbound calls, teller conversations, appointment setting, and lobby engagement.
• Recommend hirify.global products and solutions, identify referral opportunities, and help grow customer share of wallet.
• Educate customers on financial transaction options and use available technology, tools, and resources.
• Resolve customer problems using banking product and procedural knowledge.
• Complete teller, branch maintenance, and daily operational transactions accurately while following risk controls.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of related experience or equivalent product knowledge, education, certification, or military experience.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, selling, prospecting, and customer needs.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to follow banking policies and procedures, manage risk, and identify potential losses.
• No university degree or professional certification is required; a high school diploma or GED is not typically required for this level.
• Employment visas are not sponsored, and STEM OPT participation is not available for this position.
