Location: In-office in Centennial, Colorado, United States

Base salary: $45,375–$75,625 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Conduct outbound calls, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement to identify customer needs.
• Recommend hirify.global products and solutions to improve financial wellbeing, increase share of wallet, and build loyalty.
• Educate customers on technology, tools, and options for managing financial transactions.
• Resolve customer problems using banking product and procedural knowledge.
• Support daily branch operations while following policies, procedures, and risk controls.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• Typically an associate degree or equivalent experience; no degree is required if comparable education, certification, and experience are demonstrated.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, prospecting, selling, and customer needs.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and technology skills.
• Successful candidates are subject to applicable background checks under banking regulations.
