What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend hirify.global banking solutions that improve financial wellbeing and increase loyalty.
• Conduct outbound calls, service-to-sales interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement.
• Build relationships through ecosystem partners and community centers of influence.
• Educate customers on financial transaction options and use technology, tools, and resources to support them.
• Manage customer problems, branch operations, and operational risk in accordance with policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Typically, an associate degree or equivalent education and related experience or product knowledge.
• Typically, 3+ years of related experience; an equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered instead of a degree.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, selling, prospecting, and customer needs analysis.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
• Successful candidates are subject to background checks required by applicable consumer financial protection regulations.
