What you will do

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Identify financial goals and recommend appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.
• Grow and retain consumer and business relationships through appointments, referrals, follow-up programs, and a disciplined sales process.
• Educate customers about online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Refer customers to other areas of the bank and build strong internal partnerships.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or qualifying military service.
• Ability to provide fingerprints and complete additional background checks required by NMLS regulations.
• Ability to build, deepen, and retain customer relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with knowledge of banking products, consumer and business deposits, lending, investments, and customer service.
• Must already be authorized to work full time in the United States.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in banking, financial services, retail sales, or business-to-business sales.
• Comfort using mobile services and online banking tools.
