EHS - Environment, Health & Safety Regional Manager

Location: Allentown, Pennsylvania, United States; responsibility for sites across the Northern United States and Eastern Canada. Full-time role with up to 50% travel within the North Subregion.

What you will do

• Lead regional environmental, health, safety, and driver safety programs across more than 75 sites.
• Develop and execute EHS strategy aligned with business and operational priorities.
• Advise site leadership on complex EHS, compliance, risk, and operational issues.
• Drive risk reduction, incident prevention, management of change, and continuous improvement.
• Lead responses to OSHA-recordable injuries, lost-time incidents, and significant EHS events, including case management and return-to-work programs.
• Lead, mentor, and develop EHS and driver safety professionals while supporting succession planning.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in engineering, occupational health and safety, or another technical field; chemical, mechanical, or electrical engineering preferred.
• At least 7 years of field safety and EHS management experience in petrochemical, refinery, industrial gas, or related facilities.
• At least 3 years of experience managing and developing direct reports.
• Experience in operations, construction, logistics, or plant management.
• Strong understanding of OSHA, EPA, PSM/RMP, DOT, and ISO regulations and compliance strategies; familiarity with Canadian regulations is beneficial.
• Passport required for international travel between the United States and Canada.

Nice to have

• EHS qualification such as CSP, ASP, SMS, or CHMM, or equivalent professional engineering experience.
• Advanced degree.
• Familiarity with Canadian EHS regulations.
