Accounting Specialist (Accounts Receivable)

What you will do

• Execute high-volume cash application and accounts receivable processes, including payment posting, matching, deductions, credit notes, and aging analysis.
• Support invoicing, receivables management, and order-to-cash performance across the Americas region.
• Improve posting and clearing accuracy, efficiency, and touchless processing.
• Partner with Collections and HighRadius teams to reduce manual posting activity.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities while maintaining compliance with company policies.
• Contribute to process simplification, regional implementation projects, standardization, and stakeholder relationship management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cash application or accounts receivable within a high-volume environment.
• Experience using ERP platforms, including SAP and HighRadius or similar tools.
• Advanced Excel skills, including XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and reconciliation techniques.
• Finance experience in cash application, claims handling, invoicing, or international accounting.
• Experience coordinating end-to-end business processes in global finance environments.
• Based in Monterrey, Mexico.

Nice to have

• Experience developing Excel macros or VBA solutions.
• Microsoft Power Automate experience.
• Power BI or similar reporting dashboard experience.
• Basic SQL skills for payment or invoice data queries.
