FP&A Analyst (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid in Mexico City, working from the Reforma office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

What you will do

• Support annual budgeting, quarterly re-forecasts, and monthly actuals for assigned cost centers.
• Consolidate and validate headcount data from Workday and Adaptive.
• Prepare monthly budget-versus-actual reports using NetSuite and Adaptive.
• Support the Annual Operating Plan by consolidating headcount and expense assumptions into Adaptive.
• Maintain driver-based forecasting templates and execute reconciliations across Workday, Adaptive, and NetSuite.
• Draft variance analysis and root-cause commentary for Corp FP&A, Product & G&A, and GTM stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, controllership, corporate finance, or financial analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data models.
• Experience with, or willingness to learn, Workday, Adaptive Planning, and NetSuite.
• Strong attention to detail, financial-data rigor, communication, organization, and time management.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across time zones and work in an evolving team environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in a finance center of excellence or shared financial services environment.
• Prior experience with headcount planning or budget-versus-actual processes.
• Multinational experience or experience supporting stakeholders outside Mexico.
• Power BI, Snowflake, and AI tools such as Claude for reporting automation.
