FP&A Specialist

Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico (Hybrid)

What you will do

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Maintain financial forecasting models and planning tools.
• Perform monthly budget-versus-actual and forecast variance analysis.
• Analyze revenue, costs, margins, profitability, trends, risks, and business drivers.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and financial presentations, including Power BI reporting.
• Perform scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, ad hoc analysis, and KPI tracking across regions and business units.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related function.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, PivotTables, financial models, scenario analysis, and data manipulation.
• Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence and data visualization tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with professional proficiency in English.
