is hiring for a finance role supporting its GSB AMS Service business.
What you will do
- Partner with Service business leaders to provide financial and operational insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Perform complex financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, monthly close activities, variance analysis, and management reporting.
- Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools using data from multiple systems and databases.
- Support service revenue recognition by analyzing transactions, contract structures, invoicing, accruals, and revenue-related events.
- Collaborate with Finance, Service Operations, Customer Success, Sales, Supply Chain, Credit and Collections, and other cross-functional teams.
- Lead process automation and AI-enabled analytics initiatives that improve reporting, data integrity, productivity, and financial outcomes.
Requirements
- Four-year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Typically 7–10 years of experience in financial management, FP&A, accounting, service finance, business operations, or a related field.
- Experience with accounting, corporate finance, financial planning, financial analysis, financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Knowledge of revenue recognition, invoicing processes, credit and collections, financial statements, internal controls, and working capital management.
- Experience with data extraction and transformation, reconciliation, data visualization, Power BI, SQL, Python, and SAP applications.
- Strong communication, business partnership, problem-solving, digital fluency, and continuous improvement skills.
Nice to have
- CPA, CFA, Microsoft Power BI, data analytics, automation, or AI-related certification.
- Experience with generative AI tools and advanced analytics.
- Experience mentoring and guiding lower-level employees.
