Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist

Salary: $77,400–$135,400 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Design and execute sourcing strategies for complex, specialized, senior-level, and hard-to-fill roles.
• Build proactive, diverse talent pipelines and manage talent communities aligned with workforce planning priorities.
• Conduct talent mapping, labor market research, and competitive analysis to identify qualified talent pools.
• Identify, engage, pre-screen, and maintain relationships with passive candidates through targeted outreach.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and business leaders to understand hiring needs and recommend search strategies.
• Track sourcing effectiveness, conversion rates, and pipeline health while maintaining accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system.

Requirements

• 5+ years of sourcing or talent acquisition experience focused on proactive pipeline development.
• Demonstrated success sourcing for complex, specialized, or senior-level roles.
• Strong understanding of labor market dynamics and competitive talent landscapes.
• Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, talent databases, research platforms, and other sourcing technologies.
• Strong research, analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and comply with hiring policies and applicable employment laws.
