What you will do

• Support day-to-day activities for buy and sell-side diligence engagements.
• Perform quality of earnings, financial trend analysis, and working capital assessments.
• Identify key issues for purchase price adjustments and deal structuring.
• Lead the preparation of reports, written analyses, and client presentations.
• Collaborate with internal experts and external stakeholders to achieve engagement objectives.
• Assist in practice development, marketing, and client pitches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in consulting or professional services.
• Must have legal right to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Expertise in financial modeling, including 3-statement models and scenario analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• MBA or CPA certification.
