Community Health Clinical Faculty (Nursing)

Location: Addison, Illinois, United States

Compensation: $1,120–$7,245 per assignment, depending on education and experience.

What you will do

• Teach nursing students in clinical settings and implement course objectives, curriculum, and program outcomes.
• Plan clinical experiences and directly supervise and evaluate students delivering nursing care.
• Provide documented performance feedback, remediation, and guidance based on student learning needs.
• Develop clinical assignments and assess homework, tests, lab assignments, and clinical paperwork.
• Maintain knowledge of clinical-agency policies and coordinate with agency staff and course leadership.
• Contribute to program development, assessment, student retention, campus operations, and policy implementation.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Nursing.
• At least two years of maternal-child nursing practice experience within the last five years.
• Professional nurse licensure in Illinois is required.
• Excellent communication skills, initiative, and prudent judgment.
• Ability to collaborate with administrators, staff, faculty, clinical agencies, and students.
