Analyst/Associate – Export & Agency Finance (EAF US) – LatAm Focus

Location: United States of America; in-office position

Base pay: $145,000–$175,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Support the origination, structuring, and execution of Export & Agency Finance transactions focused on Latin America and multilateral agencies.
• Manage transaction work end to end, from initial pitches through closing, including presentations, term sheets, and credit materials.
• Build and maintain financial models covering cash flow analysis and profitability metrics.
• Coordinate with Coverage, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Markets, and Syndication teams across multiple geographies.
• Support client relationship management, pitchbook preparation, client meetings, credit approvals, due diligence, and transaction documentation.
• Monitor portfolio performance and market, multilateral agency, export credit agency, and geopolitical developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience in structured finance, export finance, project finance, or corporate banking.
• Experience or familiarity with ECA and/or Multilateral Agency financing structures.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-border, multicultural environment.
• Professional fluency in Spanish and legal authorization to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Latin American transactions or clients.
• Exposure to IDB, IFC, CAF, or World Bank Group transactions.
• Background in infrastructure, energy, or industrial sectors.
• Prior investment banking, structured finance, or trade finance experience.
