What you will do
- Perform extensive financial modeling in Excel to assess debt and tax equity structures.
- Prepare marketing materials for debt and tax equity requests for proposals.
- Coordinate with third-party consultants including appraisers, engineers, and insurance providers.
- Assist in the negotiation of financing structures through detailed financial analysis.
- Manage data room accessibility for capital providers.
- Support pre and post-closing interest rate hedging activities.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree required
- 4+ years of experience in project finance, investment banking, or M&A
- Proven experience working with complex financial models
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be authorized to work in the US
