Shipper/Receiver - 2nd Shift (Warehouse Logistics)

Location: 8100 Tyler Blvd, Mentor, Ohio, USA. Full-time onsite role on the B shift, Monday through Friday, 1:00pm–9:00pm.

Starting pay: $22.47/hour plus a $2/hour shift differential.

What you will do

• Safely load, unload, and transfer raw materials, work-in-process inventory, and finished goods between shipping, receiving, and production areas.
• Operate material-handling equipment and maintain accurate warehouse movements.
• Complete inventory transactions in the MFGPro Inventory Management System.
• Conduct cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Deliver supplies to production, manage rack and drum inventories, and support 5S housekeeping and recycling initiatives.
• Follow safety protocols, report hazards, and coordinate with shift teams to optimize workflow.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or at least three years of relevant manufacturing or warehouse experience.
• Experience operating material-handling equipment.
• Experience using inventory software; MFGPro experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a safety-first mindset.
• Ability to work overtime and adapt to changing daily requirements.
• Successful completion of a post-offer background check and drug screening is required.
