Traffic Support Operator - 2nd Shift (Forklift)

Location: Richmond, Utah, United States; onsite at 901 N. 200 W., Richmond, UT 84333

Pay: $22.65 per hour plus a $0.75 per hour 2nd-shift differential.

What you will do

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment to move products, ingredients, packaging, and supplies.
• Load, unload, store, and retrieve materials in narrow warehouse aisles and production areas.
• Maintain inventory, shipping, receiving, and production transactions using SAP, forklift terminals, handheld devices, and computers.
• Complete forklift inspections and documentation before each shift, and support inventory counts, audits, and accuracy initiatives.
• Collect quality-control samples, maintain warehouse housekeeping, and assist with clerical and administrative tasks.
• Work the 2nd shift from 2:00 PM to 10:15 PM, with weekends, alternate shifts, and support at other facility locations as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift in a manufacturing or warehouse environment and pass medical, written, and practical certification requirements.
• Ability to learn and use SAP and other inventory management systems with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work safely in narrow aisles and complete inspections, documentation, and production records accurately.
• Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Commitment to workplace safety, food safety, GMP compliance, quality standards, teamwork, and schedule flexibility.

Nice to have

• Previous forklift operating experience.
• Warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, food manufacturing, or consumer packaged goods experience.
• Experience with SAP, warehouse management systems, inventory control, shipping, receiving, or materials management.
• Experience operating pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment.
