Full-Stack Product Engineer (AI)

Location: On-site in Berlin, Germany; full-time, in-person presence is required. Fully remote arrangements are not offered.

Salary: €66,000–€120,000 annually

hirify.global is an early-stage enterprise AI platform startup building AI-powered capabilities for large organizations.

What you will do

• Build end-to-end product features across Next.js frontend, Node.js backend, and database layers.
• Implement full screens, reusable UI components, and complete user flows.
• Collaborate with product, design, and customers to gather feedback and iterate on features.
• Maintain and optimize the codebase for performance and user experience.
• Participate in rotating Support Engineer cycles and work directly with customers and customer support.

Requirements

• 2+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency with Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Prisma, tRPC, and Tailwind CSS.
• Ability to deliver full-stack features from concept through production.
• Experience building AI-powered features or integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical field, with strong computer science fundamentals.
