Fullstack CMS Developer (Vue.js)

Location: Berlin, Germany; candidates must already be based in Berlin. Hybrid work is available, with an option to work remotely and flexibly.

What you will do

• Own the website strategy and optimize the site for conversion, performance, accessibility, security, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Design, scale, and maintain Contentful content models, environments, APIs, webhooks, and structured content delivery.
• Build and maintain SSR web experiences using Nuxt, Vue, Node, semantic HTML, and CSS.
• Integrate the website with HubSpot, analytics tools, AWS infrastructure, CloudFront, S3, and Heroku.
• Maintain AI-powered automation tools using OpenAI to streamline recurring web workflows.
• Own analytics, tracking, A/B and multivariate testing, funnel optimization, CMS enablement, technical SEO, documentation, and contributor support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of digital operations experience, including 1–2 years managing content in a headless CMS.
• Hands-on experience with Nuxt, Vue, Node, HTML5, CSS3, and performant SSR websites.
• Experience with headless CMS platforms, preferably Contentful, and strong knowledge of HTTP, JSON, REST, and GraphQL.
• Competence with AWS, S3, CloudFront, Heroku, Git, and Jira.
• Strong data-driven mindset, cross-functional communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot critical bugs autonomously under pressure.
• Already based in Berlin, Germany.
