What you will do

• Develop and own features end-to-end, from technical proposal to production deployment and maintenance.
• Build and evolve backend services and frontend applications using TypeScript and Java with gRPC.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business, product, and data teams to deliver high-value features.
• Contribute to architectural and process discussions to improve engineering standards.
• Support fellow engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Enhance internal tooling, documentation, and shared libraries.

Requirements

• Experience owning impactful feature development end-to-end and collaborating cross-functionally.
• Proficiency in debugging using instrumentation, logging, and tracing in production environments.
• Strong communication skills to articulate technical trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-driven and outcome-oriented approach to delivering features from ambiguity.
• Legal right to work in Germany is mandatory.
