Salary: $149,600–$308,100, $164,500–$338,900, or $179,500–$369,700 per year, depending on U.S. labor-cost zone and location

What you will do

• Manage all elements of a large, complex manufacturing site, including people, equipment, property, and production.
• Set and deliver plant targets for safety, quality, cost, operating efficiency, and productivity.
• Develop plant culture, team-based structures, talent, and performance accountability.
• Create short- and long-term strategies, lead change, and support new product launches.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while improving operations through data analytics, technology, and loss identification.
• Manage financial performance, including financial analysis and P&L responsibilities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of successful manufacturing leadership experience, including experience as a Plant Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in engineering or technology.
• Demonstrated success delivering operational and leadership results in a manufacturing leadership role.
• Experience starting up and commissioning new equipment or production lines.
• Strong continuous improvement, decision-making, risk management, and prioritization skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, talent development, and relationship-building abilities.
