Senior Project Manager - Aviation

Location: Arvada, Colorado, United States; onsite

Salary: $125,000–$150,000 annual salary

What you will do

• Manage multiple or large, complex construction projects through successful completion and closeout.
• Estimate and establish budgets, contract prices, and project control systems.
• Negotiate subcontractor and material purchases and issue subcontract bid packages.
• Maintain project schedules, procurement, shop drawing approvals, reporting, and documentation.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, superintendents, and estimating staff.
• Lead safety planning, quality control, claims mitigation, warranty follow-up, and project team supervision.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture, or equivalent experience.
• 8–10 years of field construction management experience, including supervisory experience.
• Leadership, problem-solving, organizational, communication, drafting, and computer skills.
• Fundamental knowledge of contract law and project accounting.
• Thorough understanding of scheduling, cost control, procurement, estimating, and other project management control systems.
• Ability to work onsite in Arvada, Colorado.
