Project Manager

Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado, United States; onsite, full-time

Salary: $100,000–$125,000 annual salary

Construction company delivering projects through integrated preconstruction, project management, field supervision, and close-out services.

What you will do

• Manage construction projects from preconstruction through completion, close-out, and warranty follow-up.
• Develop budgets, contract prices, schedules, procurement plans, and subcontract bid packages.
• Negotiate subcontractor agreements and material purchases while supporting estimating and business development activities.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, superintendents, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Implement safety, quality control, documentation, reporting, and contract compliance procedures.
• Lead, train, and supervise project team members and help mitigate claims and conflicts.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of field construction management experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Leadership, problem-solving, organizational, communication, drafting, and computer skills.
• Fundamental knowledge of contract law and project accounting.
• Thorough understanding of scheduling, cost control, procurement, estimating, and project management control systems.
