Technical Program Manager

Location: Singapore, SGP; full-time onsite role with travel between Singapore and the USA of up to 15%

What you will do

• Drive product manufacturing readiness across engineering, operations, and supply chain teams for fab ramp and production.
• Partner with the Pilot team to maintain process continuity during technology transfer to high-volume manufacturing.
• Manage schedules, deliverables, risks, and production milestones.
• Coordinate technical, quality, and program reviews with internal teams and external partners.
• Support the setup and ramp of a next-generation semiconductor manufacturing line.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain dynamics.
• Experience with consumer product development and NPI cycles from prototypes through EVT, DVT, PVT, and high-volume production ramp.
• Familiarity with manufacturing KPIs, FA/CA tracking, and structured issue-closure processes.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and industry standards.
• Ability to collaborate across time zones with remote teams and support factory-side execution.
• Ability to travel between Singapore and the USA up to 15%; relocation is not eligible for this role.
