Senior Consultant,– CS Tech Partnerships Program Management Office, Asia Pacific

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream programs for strategic technology partnership clients.
• Manage product launches, platform integrations, market expansions, and client onboarding initiatives.
• Develop program plans, timelines, risk registers, governance processes, stakeholder communications, and executive reporting.
• Act as the single point of contact for client delivery, translating business objectives into executable plans.
• Align Product, Technology, Risk, Treasury, and Client Services teams while managing escalations and ambiguity.
• Introduce agile and program management best practices to improve delivery speed, quality, and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of program or project management experience in payments, fintech, or technology environments.
• Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs involving product launches or market expansions.
• Strong understanding of payments ecosystems, platforms, and transaction processing; hirify.globalNet knowledge is beneficial.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, build trusted client partnerships, and translate complex technical and business requirements into delivery plans.
• Strong skills in planning, risk management, governance, execution tracking, communication, and executive reporting.
• Proficiency with MS Planner, Excel, PowerPoint, and the use of data and AI insights to improve delivery.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting global fintech platforms, BigTech companies, or hyperscalers.
• Experience with API-based or platform-driven product launches.
• Experience presenting to stakeholders at different organizational levels, both in person and remotely.
• Familiarity with program management standards and methodologies.
