Staff Program/Project Manager (Supply Chain Ops)

What you will do

• Lead complex global logistics projects from conception through completion, including warehouse automation, WMS implementation, JIT centralization, and freight consolidation.
• Support strategic initiatives such as global warehouse strategy, VMI centralization, and transportation optimization.
• Partner with internal teams, suppliers, customers, third-party logistics providers, carriers, procurement, and IT to resolve operational issues and deliver improvements.
• Define and maintain logistics processes, business rules, SOPs, execution plans, tools, and future WMS master data.
• Manage warehouse and transportation costs, lead times, capacity baselines, KPIs, performance metrics, and continuous improvement plans.
• Create automated, actionable warehouse execution dashboards and use data analytics to identify and implement operational improvements.

Requirements

• Solid experience in logistics and supply chain management, with hands-on experience in transportation and warehouse management.
• Experience using logistics management systems, including TMS and WMS.
• Experience managing logistics or supply chain projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
• Experience leading project teams, assigning tasks, managing resources, and meeting project milestones.
• Strong analytical skills, including data analysis, performance review, and identification of improvement opportunities.
• Typically 5–7 years of logistics or supply chain experience, including at least 3 years in change management.
