Senior Manager, Manufacturing AI & Analytics

What you will do

• Own the portfolio and integrated roadmap for manufacturing AI, automation, and analytics solutions.
• Lead multiple cross-functional squads across business, process, data, and technology disciplines.
• Translate business and user needs into use cases, requirements, delivery plans, and success measures.
• Coordinate adoption by embedding solutions into manufacturing workflows, decisions, and operating practices.
• Scale proven solutions across sites, processes, and value streams while balancing global standards with local needs.
• Track operational and financial outcomes, communicate results to senior stakeholders, and address gaps between technical completion and realized value.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain management, computer science, data science, information systems, business, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional delivery of analytics, automation, or AI-enabled solutions in manufacturing or supply chain environments.
• Experience coordinating multiple delivery teams or squads.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, value streams, and operational improvement opportunities.
• Technical depth to assess solution feasibility, data readiness, systems integration, scalability, and delivery risk.
• Experience with ERP, MES, equipment or IoT data, historians, or similar operational technology platforms, plus strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
