Senior Engineering Manager, Program Management (Manufacturing)

Location: Woodlands, Singapore, W1. Travel: None. Open to travel to Thailand for one month of on-the-job training.

What you will do

• Lead in-house and outsourced manufacturing programs across NPI, volume production, sustaining, and product retirement.
• Coordinate Design, Manufacturing, Quality, Test, Supply Chain, and Engineering stakeholders to align deliverables and timelines.
• Oversee manufacturing readiness, product specifications, reliability, quality targets, and customer requirements.
• Develop production plans, cost-reduction initiatives, yield-improvement strategies, and process-optimization roadmaps.
• Lead program reviews, identify and mitigate risks, manage escalations, and use metrics and data-driven insights to improve operations.
• Select, develop, and evaluate program managers and cross-functional contributors while collaborating with global product teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in program management, product management, manufacturing engineering, or operations.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs from NPI through volume manufacturing in high-volume production environments.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, NPI processes, product lifecycle management, quality systems, cost management, and yield improvement.
• Experience with ODM/CM partners or outsourced manufacturing, plus familiarity with PLM, MES, ERP, and program-tracking tools.
• Open to one month of on-the-job training in Thailand.

Nice to have

• Experience in HDD, semiconductor, or precision-manufacturing environments.
• PMP, Agile, or program-management certification.
