Branch Customer Service Representative (Customer Service)

Location: In-office at an ACG branch facility in Stuart, Florida

Salary: $19.00–$21.50 per hour, based on experience, plus incentives and potential annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Greet and support members while promoting and selling AAA memberships, travel products, selected banking products, and other offerings.
• Generate leads, communicate travel and insurance promotions, provide travel information, and make outbound promotional calls.
• Respond to member questions, resolve complaints, and refer complex issues to senior staff, agents, or management.
• Process payments for insurance, travel, tickets, and travel money products; manage transfers and balance the cash drawer.
• Provide administrative support to travel and insurance sales staff and participate in branch activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer-focused environment and the ability to provide timely, helpful solutions.
• Ability to use judgment, take ownership, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and workplace technology.
• Strong verbal and written communication, teamwork, accuracy with basic calculations, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work on site in Stuart and work irregular hours, including weekends, holidays, and community events when needed.
