Tire & Battery Technician (Automotive)

Location: Muncy, Pennsylvania, United States. Full-time onsite position at the Tire & Battery Center.

Salary: $19.00–$27.00 per hour. Additional premiums of $0.35–$3.00 per hour may apply in specific circumstances.

What you will do

• Provide safe and efficient tire and battery service in sales and service areas.
• Collaborate with associates, respond to service requests, and educate or mentor new technicians.
• Apply tire and battery industry guidelines, safety protocols, service standards, equipment operations, and product specifications.
• Operate TPMS systems, point-of-sale systems, cash registers, and handheld digital tools.
• Manage equipment and supply needs, inventory, returns, special orders, paperwork, logs, and compliance records.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions, resolve service concerns, and maintain a respectful, customer-focused team environment.

Requirements

• Valid state-issued driver's license required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must successfully complete required training and assessments within the prescribed period.
• Ability to follow safety, compliance, ethics, and operational procedures.
• Ability to collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners.

Nice to have

• Auto service industry experience.
