Global Export and Agency Finance (Structuring and Product Development) Associate (Export Finance): Supporting the structuring and execution of ECA-covered financing transactions and developing tailored export finance solutions with an accent on transaction risk analysis, coordination, and finance documentation. Focus on coordinating approval and execution processes, analyzing contractual and commercial issues, and building complex ECA-backed financing structures.
Location: Boadilla del Monte, Madrid, Spain; hybrid working model with some days onsite

What you will do
- Support the structuring and execution of global ECA-covered and multilateral-agency financing transactions.
- Contribute to business development, opportunity screening, and coordination with bankers and export credit agencies.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Environmental & Social, Syndication, Middle Office, and Project Finance.
- Prepare analytical internal and external materials, including professional presentations.
- Coordinate internal approval stages, including business committees, risk approvals, legal review, and middle-office sign-off.
- Participate in documentation and develop value-added financing solutions and more complex structures.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in advisory or lending roles within Structured Finance, Project Finance, or Export Finance.
- Solid understanding of export finance, non-recourse financing structures, and related legal and contractual frameworks.
- International experience and strong structured finance fundamentals, including transaction risk assessment.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering.
- Fluent English and Spanish required.
- Strong communication, organizational, process management, presentation, and interdisciplinary skills.
Nice to have
- German, French, or another additional language.
- Financial modelling skills.
