Vice President, Business Services M&A

Location: Madrid, Spain; hybrid work with office attendance Monday through Thursday and remote or office work optional on Fridays.

What you will do

• Execute Business Services M&A transactions from planning through completion, including deal structuring and due diligence.
• Conceptualize, organize, and deliver new business presentations and transaction marketing materials.
• Build and review complex integrated financial models, term sheets, and transaction documentation.
• Manage day-to-day client communication and address deal issues with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage, train, and develop Associates and Analysts while ensuring project timelines and quality standards.
• Support business development, marketing initiatives, and the growth of the firm’s franchise.

Requirements

• Extensive experience executing Business Services M&A transactions, preferably in the mid-market, with ideally 7–10 years of experience.
• Demonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities, lead client meetings, and build senior client relationships.
• Strong finance, accounting, financial modeling, analytical, and commercial skills.
• Experience managing Associates and Analysts and leading project work.
• Strong written and spoken Spanish and English skills.
• Master’s-level education in a business-related subject is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
