What you will do

• Conduct market research and financial analysis for client engagements.
• Support the Paris and wider European Capital Advisory Group in executing acquisition financing, refinancing, and recapitalisation transactions.
• Build financial analyses and models, including business forecasts, scenario analyses, and covenant sensitivities.
• Prepare marketing materials and pitches, identify finance providers, and participate in client meetings.
• Collaborate with European Capital Advisory and local M&A teams to execute projects.
• Interact with senior bankers and client executives and contribute to initiatives that grow the firm’s franchise.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in Capital Advisory, Leveraged Finance, Transaction Services, or Business Modelling, preferably in the mid-market.
• Strong understanding of accounting, corporate finance, and/or leveraged finance, with excellent business acumen.
• Strong analytical, communication, organisational, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Master’s degree in a business-related subject is preferred, together with a strong academic background.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and spoken French and English are required.
